"It's a question of discipline," the little prince told me later on. "When you've finished washing and dressing each morning, you must tend your planet."
~ Antoine de Saint-Exupéry, The Little Prince, 1943
Mind-Body Medicine, Self-Care Planning, and Skill-Building: Mind-body medicine or interventions seek to influence a person’s health through exploration of the interconnection between the mind, body, and spirit. Mind-body medicine includes a variety of techniques, such as meditation, breathing practices, guided imagery, hypnosis, mindfulness, journaling, drawing, and movement, which research is increasingly showing support the body’s natural ability to heal itself and restore balance. Sessions focus on practicing different mind-body techniques to enhance your current state of wellness as well as help you plan for independent practice beyond our time together.
What is Hypnosis? Hypnosis is an altered state of attention which allows for peak concentration capacity. While hypnosis may resemble sleep, it is actually closer to an intense concentration that blocks out extraneous sensory information. It is similar to the concentration you experience when you are reading a very interesting book or driving on the highway. In hypnosis, the subconscious mind becomes accessible and responsive to suggestions. Try hypnosis to break a habit, increase confidence, reduce stress, meet your higher self, and more.
What is Guided Imagery? According to Belleruth
Naparstek, guided imagery is a “form of deliberate, directed daydreaming—a
purposeful use of the imagination, using words and phrases designed to evoke
rich, multi-sensory fantasy and memory, in order to create a deeply immersive,
receptive mind-state that is ideal for catalyzing desired changes in mind,
body, psyche, and spirit.” from Naparstek,
Belleruth. (2004). Invisible Heroes: Survivors of Trauma and How They Heal.

Shamanic Coaching: If you are actively seeking to change your life but feel stuck or have goals you are trying to achieve but don’t like the progress you are making, you may benefit from shamanic coaching. This face-to-face approach works on achieving alignment on all four levels of existence: mental, emotional, spiritual, and physical. Three-month commitment required.
Energy Treatments. These are 75-minute sessions which combine a variety of energy healing modalities, including Complete Cellular Mind-Body Alignment (CCMBA), Reiki, and shamanic techniques. Each session begins by setting an intention for clearing mental, emotional, spiritual, and/or physical issues. Your higher self is in charge of bringing up whatever is ready to be dealt with and released.
